It’s not just about striving, but striving with diligence. We all strive for something and we gauge our efforts by how much other’s do or what our norm is. This is mearly doing our job.
We must push a little harder and sacrafice more of our time if one wants to accomplish more than the usual. Determination is good, but moving with dilligence makes the difference between an average finish and a passion felt one.
When working consistantly with diligence, we don’t have time to lose the passion nor the subsiding of that determination. In fact, it grows…it mounts, and in the finish it flourishes, leading us into glorious joy for our earned work.

I urge everyone to not only strive, but do it with diligence!
